Reytec acted as General Contractor and was responsible for the complete project. 25,000 sq. ft. concrete tilt wall structure with 5,000 sq. ft. office interior build-out and a 62,000 sq. ft. of 8” concrete paving, underground storm sewer system, water tie ins and sanitary sewer.
