Reytec acted as a Prime Contractor to the City of Houston. The project consisted of clearing and grubbing a two (2) acre site, excavating an 800 lf grass lined channel with a concrete bottom, preparing and installing 3,200 sq. yds. of 7” reinforced concrete paving, utilities included 338 lf of 18” RCP storm sewer, 341 lf of 24” RCP storm sewer, various storm inlets and manholes, 277 lf of 8” PVC sanitary sewer, 209 lf of 2 1/2” water tap and service line, construction of 2,000 sq. ft. metal canopy for a fuel tank storage area, a 3,000 sq. ft. vehicle/equipment wash facility. Project also included a 6,000 sq. ft. metal canopy structure with a three (3) sided concrete wall 12” thick 8’ tall to store asphalt materials for pothole repairs.
