Reytec acted as a Prime Contractor to the City of Houston. The project consisted of clearing and grubbing 1.6 acres, excavating 445 lf drainage channel, installing a concrete channel bottom, installing 425 lf of Gabion lining using concrete rip rap with fabric baskets, preparing and installing 7” concrete drives and city equipment parking areas, construction of a 3,000 sq. ft. vehicle/equipment wash facility, installing a 12,000 sq. ft. metal canopy structure with 24 ft. height metal roof structure to park city trucks and equipment. Project also included a 10,000 sq. ft. metal canopy structure with a three (3) sided concrete wall 12” thick 8’ tall to store asphalt materials for pothole repairs. The project also included various water, sanitary and storm sewer systems.

Contract Amount: $713,000.00
