Reytec is the Prime Contractor to Harris County and is responsible for 35,000 square yards four lane 10” concrete roadway with an esplanade and concrete lined drainage channel, asphalt paving, two (2) concrete roadway bridge crossings, road excavation, lime stabilization, installation of stabilized base, B-B inlets, and type C manholes.
